Through a very fine round nozzle, the device releases the compressed air introduced into the tube in very small quantities: the airflow then reaches an almost sonic velocity. As it emerges from the nozzle, this ultra-fast air jet creates a strong vacuum around it and draws in the surrounding air. Flat jet nozzles operate on the same principle: compressed air enters the nozzle and exits at such a high velocity that it creates a strong vacuum around the nozzle and entrains the ambient air. The blowing force is therefore amplified while reducing compressed air consumption.

Air-saving blow nozzles harness the power of compressed air to perform demanding cooling, cleaning or part-ejection operations. They can be fitted to air blow guns or used along belt conveyors. Even in applications with moderate air requirements, significant compressed air savings can be achieved. The air amplification effect provided by these nozzles is advantageous in terms of both cost and performance. They amplify the compressed air flow by 25 to 31 times and generate high thrust while consuming only a fraction of the compressed air normally used by open-pipe systems.
