* NOTE: The measurements presented in this technical data sheet were carried out in a laboratory under strictly controlled conditions.
Please note that actual industrial conditions may differ and that fluctuations in industrial compressor pressure may result in values different from those obtained in the laboratory. These data are provided for information purposes only.
To achieve optimal air curtain performance, we recommend using a compressed air supply hose with a minimum internal diameter of 8 mm, cut to a length of 150 mm.
DESCRIPTION
NOVACOM develops and designs single-flow air curtains in France.
Air curtains are used for energy-efficient blowing over wide areas, as well as for cleaning and cooling applications.
Incoming compressed air generates a wide, high-velocity, continuous and uniform airflow along the air curtain. Thanks to the Coanda effect, a fluid dynamics phenomenon, ambient air is drawn in and added to the initial airflow, increasing the total air volume delivered.
They can also be used to create an air barrier between areas with different temperatures or to help prevent cross-contamination.
