The ER spring plungers have an internal spring that is thus protected from the external environment. They are mounted on flat and bellows suction cups with a diameter of 40 to 100 mm from the standard ranges series VPC, series 1, series 2. Composition of the spring plunger: A cylindrical rod in burnished steel A threaded bulkhead fitting in electro-galvanized steel, cylindrical interior, equipped with two electro-galvanized steel nuts for fixing the spring plunger A female G1/8" fitting for connection to the suction tube A 301 stainless steel spring to cushion the impact of the suction cup with the load to be lifted A male G1/4" vacuum fitting to attach the suction cups.
