Operating principle
Dynamic wide-coverage blowing for industrial cleaning, drying and cooling.
NOVACOM BSR rotary nozzles use compressed air to generate a continuous rotating movement. This principle makes it possible to automatically sweep a larger area than with a traditional fixed nozzle.
Thanks to their simple and robust design, they provide effective dynamic blowing for dust removal, part cleaning, water evacuation after washing, as well as localised cooling of industrial equipment and products.
The rotation speed varies according to the supply pressure, making it possible to adapt the blowing coverage to the needs of the application.
The BSR rotary nozzle is driven directly by compressed air. The airflow generates continuous rotation of the blowing head, creating a sweeping effect over the area to be treated.

This technology makes it possible to:
- increase the covered area.
- improve blowing efficiency.
- reduce untreated areas.
- achieve more uniform cleaning.
- improve the drying of complex parts.
The rotary movement is particularly suitable for dust removal, industrial cleaning and liquid evacuation operations.

• Maximum operating temperature: Aluminium: 150°C • Max. pressure: 6 bar
* NOTE: The measurements presented in this technical data sheet were carried out in a laboratory, in a strictly controlled environment. It is important to note that conditions in a real industrial environment may differ and that pressure instability from an industrial compressor may result in values different from those obtained in the laboratory. These data are provided for information purposes only. To achieve optimum performance from the rotary air blowing nozzle, we recommend using a compressed-air supply hose with a minimum internal diameter of 12 mm.

Advantages of BSR rotary nozzles
- Extended blowing coverage:
the rotary movement makes it possible to treat a larger surface area than with a fixed nozzle, without any additional mechanical movement: (Blowing Ø 240 mm) - Reduced air consumption:
the sweeping effect improves blowing efficiency and can help reduce compressed-air consumption. - Continuous operation:
the robust design of the BSR nozzle allows continuous use in industrial environments. - Simple installation:
the nozzle can be installed horizontally or vertically depending on the constraints of the installation. - Reduced maintenance:
its simple mechanical design limits maintenance operations.
