Operating principle
The VME multistage vacuum ejectors draw in a large volume of air at start-up. They operate on the principle of Venturi stages connected in series. The ratio of suction flow rate to compressed air consumption is excellent. A vacuum gauge is fitted to the ejector for visual monitoring of the vacuum level.
Advantages
− Very high suction flow rates as soon as compressed air is supplied
− Low noise level
− Energy savings
− Excellent ratio of suction flow rate to air consumption
Applications
− Handling of porous products
− Vacuum generation for thermoforming
− Short vacuum build-up time
− High-speed production cycles
