The PVT series anti-marking caps prevent part marking due to material transfer. They are placed on the lip of the suction cup before handling the part. The elasticated end of the cap helps maintain its position. In the center, a 5mm perforation ensures suction and release of the suction cup.

Material
The caps are made of non-woven polyethylene fiber textile (41gr/m2) with a thickness of 0.5 to 10 μm. Very lightweight, it is also smooth and lint-free.
More elastic than paper, this textile is flexible and tear-resistant. It is non-toxic, recyclable, resistant to a maximum temperature of 80°C, water, and most solvents and acids.
Usage
Handling of glass, windows, polished or chrome-plated sheets, and other shiny and lacquered surfaces.
How to order?
These caps are usable on flat suction cups from Ø 50 mm to Ø 320 mm and bellows suction cups from Ø 60 mm to Ø 320 mm. The choice of dimension is made according to the diameter of the suction cup, its shape, and its height.
It is also possible to create custom models, round or oblong, starting from 100 pieces.
