The 8R series suction cups are ideal for handling operations involving large transverse forces. The 8R series is suitable for working with short cycles that result in significant acceleration and deceleration.
The particular design of the lower part of the suction cup provides a perfect non-slip grip, preventing any movement between the suction cup and the workpiece during handling, even in the presence of oil. This feature becomes extremely important in applications requiring extreme precision.
Moreover, the central structure of the suction cup prevents the workpiece from deforming under the effect of vacuum, even when working with thin sheets or soft materials.
Finally, the structural characteristics of the lip allow this type of suction cups to be used on different surfaces, whether smooth, slightly wavy, flat, inclined, or even slightly curved.
These suction cups have been designed to compensate for level differences. They combine the effect of a ball joint and height compensation to adapt to all kinds of irregularities, including on inclined or curved surfaces.
