The 8 250 SBLEU A suction cup is a large-diameter gripping solution specifically designed for demanding handling applications in food industry environments. It enables the secure manipulation of loads up to approximately 80 kg, particularly for picking up cheese wheels or large-sized products.
Manufactured from food-grade certified blue silicone, it meets European and international regulatory requirements for materials in contact with food. Each suction cup undergoes material migration tests conducted by an independent laboratory, guaranteeing the absence of undesirable transfer to food and ensuring compliance with EC 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011 regulations.
Its robust design integrates a 316L stainless steel insert, suitable for sensitive environments and intensive cleaning processes. The 1.5-bellows geometry ensures good adaptability to slightly irregular surfaces while maintaining excellent gripping stability. The suction cup also features a horizontal force of 2230 N and a vertical force of 1115 N, adapted for dynamic transfers on automated lines.
