OPERATING PRINCIPLE
To ensure the best performance and longevity of vacuum pumps and venturis, it is essential to filter out impurities that could pass through them.
NOVACOM offers a wide range of vacuum filters adapted to each sector and meeting all filtration requirements: high volume of air to be treated, humid environment, oil filtration, etc. Each element is tested to verify the vacuum resistance of all parts. The cartridges are interchangeable and supplied with different media (polyester, steel mesh, etc.). Special attention is paid to the quality of materials (steel tank, aluminum, thermoplastic, etc.) to ensure the product's lifespan.
Several configurations are also possible. Some filters can be built into the suction cup's bellows, others are mounted on the venturi's suction port, or installed in-line on a pipe.
GENERAL SELECTION CRITERIA
In order to determine the appropriate filter for your installation, several criteria must be taken into account:
- The suction capacity of the venturi (or vacuum pump) in the vacuum circuit
- The desired degree of filtration
- The fixing connector
- The choice of the tank (for example, transparent tanks allow visualization of fouling)
- The environment (for example, polycarbonate tanks are not suitable for a corrosive environment)
